The development came hours after the BJP wipe Chandigarh mayoral polls, retaining all three seats, in a setback to the Congress-AAP alliance which has claimed tampering with ballot papers by the presiding officer
AAP councillor Kuldeep Kumar filed the petition who was the candidate for the mayor post, according to party sources. The petitioner sought to set aside the process of the election of mayor of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, claiming fraud and forgery the sources said.
